Initial release: P-51 Oil Platforms placed east of Rio de Janeiro (RDJ). All have Helipads and yes, you can land on them. Two have supply ships dubbed "Aslaug". And there is one oil tanker from the base game, no collision so dont try to land on it.  try to keep placements as realistic as possible but dont expect exact number or coordinates of those placements.
