Original livery of an aircraft that was discovered in a hidden hangar near Prague in May 1945 by a U.S. special unit. Flight records showed, that the aircraft was used in long range supply missions to antartica and that it took part in a top secret "foo fighter" program. The overall condition was in a bad shape and it had some electrical and mechanical issues. Nevertheless it was taken to the United States for repairs and testflight. Unfortunately it crashed during a transfer flight to Roswell Army Air Field in 1947.
This is a fictional livery with a fictional story for a fictional aircraft. Have fun.
I painted this with the original Luftwaffe colors RLM 76, RLM 74 and RLM 75 like a late war ME-410.

Great job i try to do some basic liveries of this aircraft but your work is really beautiful with all the scratches matching the different plane parts 😊

It's quite simple, if you use the right tools. I imported the model in blender and exported it as obj. I converted all the dds textures with the nvidia tool and combined all in substance painter. Having the normal maps and ambient occlusion maps helps a lot for the chipping and dirt effects.
