Have you been bashing out the Mach Loop in LFA7? Or even the Lake District in LFA17 and want to experience Low Level flying like you've never experienced before?
LFA14 represents, by far, one of the most advanced low level flying systems in the world. With the Great Glen, Glen Tilt (the UK's own Star Wars Valley) and stunning views, it's one not to miss.
This flight plan sees you depart from No. 1 (F) Squadron's apron at RAF Lossiemouth (using nickb's Lossiemouth) and enter the low level soon after departure at Dufftown. From there you'll freenav through some shallower Glens until you hit Glenmore Forest and the Cairngorms National Park. Passing under Scotland's second highest mountain, you'll transition through the national park to Star Wars Valley, known locally as Glen Tilt. Since one pass of Star Wars is never quite enough, you'll take a loop through Pitlochry, Kirkmichael, Glenshee and back to Starwars before following the A9 Northbound and the River Findhorn before exiting the low fly direct inbound Lossiemouth.
